Post Jam Update!

I have uploaded a new version of Snake Infibite just tweaking a few things to make the overall experience a bit better.

• Menu fade in works now (didn't before)
• Loading bar shows when you click "Play Game" to avoid confusion
• Enemies can no longer hit you when you're dead
• You get invulnerability time when you come back to life to get out of sticky situations
• Time dead without control has been reduced as it was breaking the feel of the game
• You can now move in midair to some degree
